Affordable homes for Platform Housing

At Shinehill Lane in South Littleton, Worcestershire, BREE Construction, then trading as Partner Construction, delivered twenty-four affordable homes for Platform Housing Group. The scheme provided a mix of homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, made up of eighteen homes for rent and six for shared ownership, adding to the supply of affordable housing in this rural part of the West Midlands.

Owl Partnerships brought the land forward and secured planning for the development. Completed in 2020, the scheme was a modest but valuable addition to the local affordable housing stock.
